About Us

Lifegiving Springs is a micro-roaster of high quality specialty coffee for the benefit of an Orthodox Christian Church in Orange County, California. 

The venture began when Fr. Moses Samaan, an Orthodox Christian priest, began roasting specialty coffee at home for family and friends. Soon, more people requested this coffee and he began leaving bags at the church for anyone to partake and optionally leave a donation to the church.

A short time later, the demand from other churches, individuals, and cafes grew so much that he had to invest in a large capacity air fluid bed roaster to meet the weekly demand for freshly roasted coffee.

Now, Lifegiving Springs is proud to offer some of the most delicious and high grade specialty coffee roasted faithfully with precision for the best cup possible.
