On a recent trip, we visited a well-known Italian cafe and enjoyed their take on the classic Italian espresso: balanced, sweet, chocolate-forward, low-acid, and approachable. Inspired, I created Classico, which replicates the Italian espresso flavor while improving it. It’s more chocolate-forward and the sweetness from dried cherries is more pronounced. The freshly roasted blend allows you to immediately taste the improvement.

Classico is great as an espresso, filter coffee, Moka pot, or Turkish coffee! Try it in a latte or cappuccino for the ultimate cafe classic.
